Sourcing of A2 Milk
Milk is collected from healthy, grass-fed A2 desi cows raised in stress-free environments. No hormones, no antibiotics — ensuring purity from the source.
Preparing Curd From Fresh Milk
The fresh A2 milk is gently warmed and fermented overnight using a natural curd starter, allowing good bacteria (probiotics) to develop.
Hand Churning the Curd (Bilona Process)
The thick curd is churned in both clockwise & anti-clockwise motions using a traditional wooden bilona. This separates makkhan (butter) from buttermilk naturally.
Slow Heating the Makkhan
The collected makkhan is slowly cooked on low flame to form golden, aromatic ghee while retaining nutrients like CLA, omega fats & butyric acid.
Natural Filtration & Fresh Packing
The ghee is gently filtered without machinery, preservatives or chemicals. It is then packed in small batches to maintain freshness, purity & authentic flavor.
